This Privacy Policy explains what information SocialReels.app (“SocialReels,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided by Google when you sign in.
• Content you upload — room photos you submit for staging, and the images/reels generated from them.
• Usage data — your credit balance, purchase history, and basic activity needed to operate the Service (e.g. which styles or camera moves you used).

2. How we use your information

We use this information to provide the Service — authenticating you, generating your staged images and reels, tracking and deducting credits, providing support, and improving reliability. We don't use your uploaded photos to train models, and we don't sell your personal information.

3. Third parties we work with

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service, including:

• An authentication and database provider — stores your account and credit balance, and lets you sign in securely.
• A sign-in provider — handles the Google OAuth sign-in flow. We only receive the profile fields shared with us when you authenticate.
• AI infrastructure providers — process your uploaded photos to generate staged images and cinematic reels.

These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We don't publish the specific vendors we use, but you can request details about a specific provider by contacting us.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past staged images and reels. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Contact below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and row-level access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

SocialReels is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
