Terms of Service

Effective date: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SocialReels.app (“SocialReels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, dashboard, and AI-powered image and video generation features (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use SocialReels. You sign in with Google — you're responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that happens under your SocialReels account.

2. Credits and payments

The Service is usage-based: generating a staged image or a cinematic reel consumes credits from your balance, at the rates shown in the dashboard. Credits can be purchased individually (Pay As You Grow) or included in a recurring Premium subscription. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase and may change going forward — changes won't affect credits you've already purchased. See our Refund Policy for how refunds and cancellations work.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or that depict people without their consent;
  • Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on someone else's rights;
  • Misrepresent a property's real condition in a way that violates real estate advertising or disclosure law in your jurisdiction; or
  • Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its underlying AI infrastructure.

4. AI-generated content

Staged images and reels are produced by third-party AI models and are approximations, not guarantees of how a space will look in person. Every output is watermarked “Virtually Staged via SocialReels.app” — you are responsible for disclosing virtually staged media to prospective buyers or renters as required by MLS rules and applicable law in your market.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that photo (including sending it to our AI infrastructure providers) solely to generate your staged image or reel and to operate and improve the Service. You own the outputs generated from your own uploads, subject to these Terms and the rights of any underlying model provider.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialReels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
